Dear Babe,
Whats on your “yes list” for food?
Love,
C***
Dear Future Biggest Loser Contestant,
I know, I know, I know. It can be hard to make the right food choices during the holidays, and if you don’t have a strict bible of healthy options you are doomed for failure. Below, please find an abbreviated list of acceptable eats that I just threw together for you. Hopefully I never have to talk about all of your God-forsaken holiday diets woes again.
Also: The latest chapter that I leaked from my new book White Girl Problems, has some great recipes that turn some of the below ingredients into amazing smoothies. A smoothie is always a good choice as along as you are making it at home and can oversee every aspect of its creation, verifying that there are no hidden calories or secret ingredients being thrown in. Never even think of going to a Jamba Juice. In fact, never even say those two dirty words in a sentence together. You might as well just call out for a “Wendy’s Frosty!” or announce “I’m depressed.”
Good luck trying not to be obese.
