Diet Babe: Holiday Cocktail Recipe

We are in the midst of the most dangerous time of year–the holiday season. Seriously some people don’t make it from October 31 to January 1 without gaining 5,000 pounds. Thankfully, I’m here to help guide you through these trying times with a delish drink that won’t put you over your daily calorie limit.

Roofie The Red-Nosed Reindeer

*No need to binge drink at the office Christmas party. One of these and you’re good to go for the rest of the night, and most of the next day.

8oz alkalized, antioxidant-stabilized, sparkling water
4 large, oxygen-infused ice cubes
1 drop Rohyphnol
3 rasberries
1 Splenda package
Fresh mint

Muddle the Splenda and rasberries. Combine mixture with water and ice in a cocktail shaker, and shake vigorously. Strain into a martini glass. Stir in Rohyphnol, and garnish with mint. Enjoy!
