The other day, I was sitting at brunch with Roman pretending to eat a bite of arugula, when I saw a woman who must have been from Dallas (or some other place where mayonnaise is a thing) ask for a CHUNK of LEMON in her SWEETENED ICE TEA.
…No.
After I blacked out, I thought about how chic the lemon can be when it’s not being abused by some Coach purse-carrying woman. So I put together a few guidelines on how to properly and improperly use the lemon, one of my favorite fruits:
